All roles are paid part-time (no unpaid volunteers), with competitive hourly rates ($18–$65 based on experience), completion bonuses, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a real impact in Buford and beyond.

Requirements
Part-Time Position
The Director of Cheer leads all GA Cheerletics programs (Buford) — shaping curriculum, ensuring safety (USA Cheer standards), managing showcases, halftime performances, and training assistant coaches.
Part-Time Position
The Head Coach for Preparatory Division leads beginner-level cheer for ages 3–7 (1st grade). You ensure every session is safe, inclusive, and confidence-building.
Part-Time Position
The Head Coach for Academy Division leads entry-level cheer for ages 8+, teaching foundational skills (motions, jumps, tumbling, teamwork) in engaging sessions.
Part-Time Position
The Head Coach for Academy 2 leads semi-sideline and junior comp prep for ages 8+. You build on Academy foundations with fun challenges and technique focus.
Part-Time Position
Junior Coaches (Age 16+) will assist head coaches with younger groups, helping with warm-ups, equipment, supervision, and basic drills. Ideal for gaining coaching experience.

The Stunt & Tumbling Director teaches safe, progressive stunting, tumbling, and building techniques across all levels.

The Choreography Director designs dynamic, age-appropriate routines, formations, and performance elements for all divisions.
